Operations Lead, Payroll and Accounts Manager, CIPP/CIPD, Outsourced Payroll, Birmingham
Our client requires an Operational Lead based in Birmingham for an initial 4 month contract.
Key Responsibilities of role:

To be responsible for the delivery of high quality and fully compliant outsourced payroll (and HR) services

To consistently seek to identify new practices and innovation for the operation

To ensure we have a highly motivated and engaged group of employees consistently providing the highest levels of customer service

To identify new ways of working and system utilisation in order to provide a very competitive and cost effective service
Skills required:
Require someone who has managed large teams over multiple sites (will hold responsibility for 160 team over two locations)
Service delivery focused
Has had experience of a highly demanding client
Must be able to communicate effectively at service level with a demanding client
From a Financial/Banking Background
Payroll background required
