THE ROLE
The purpose of the position is to act as the focal point for all aspects of the tendering and business development process across the business.
The Bid Manger will take responsibility for and lead the tendering process from initial inquiries through to the submission of prequalification information and the development of tender responses.
SKILLS and ATTRIBUTES
Successful track record of leading complex large scale facilities management, building and technical service tenders
Strong background in facilities management, building and technical service markets
Experience in developing tender strategies
Creative approach to tender development.
