Customer Experience ConsultantMy client a rapid growing consultancy with an international presence is looking for CX consultant who can handle the pressure, work at a fast pace and who can always deliver. An offer of a life time literally!. Once you work on an interim basis once for my client you will remain on their books forever giving an interim consultant a dream position.
They are looking for a Consultant who has CX experience so more of a Consultant rather than BA.
The client said that CX is more important than analysis so we are looking for someone who is CX driven and that may well be someone who has a consultancy background.
The role Currently working on CX projects for individual markets and also combined initiatives between markets. These are a mixture of: - Trad transformation programmes -
Main Project is Deploying touchpointmps - (text to customer after order, track progress in markets) - Cross market plans on how they track, supplement, improve CX
* CX experience
* Strong SH mgt & comms
* Comfortable working with senior global stakeholders
* Autonomous
* Strong enough to work in a political environment
