The Client
Our client a leading arts related charity are looking to hire an Interim Finance Director for 2-3 days a week for a period of 3 months.
The Interim Assignment
The role will require the successful applicant to review the governance and processes of the organisation as they have just gone through a period of turnaround. The role will also be to provide financial reassurance to the board and the Trustees around financial sustainability. Finally the interim will be involved in the recruitment of the permanent candidate as part of the proposed exit strategy.
The Interim Manager
Applicants must have demonstrable experience as a Finance Director, be CCAB qualified and preferable have an interest in the arts sector. Although not for profit experience is not a prerequisite the organisation is small so applicants from a sub £5million turnover organisation will be given preference.
