Job role

Customer Operations Services (COS) acts as a single point of contact for our external customers and internal business partners. COS completes analysis of wide variety of customer business and technical inquiries, providing end-to-end ownership. COS is in essence The face of the business' to ensure our customers receive world class support.

Purpose of job
Provide operational and technical support for customers analysing a wide variety of issues, determine needed actions, and follow through to resolution. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and handle and resolve customer issues via telephone and electronic communications (e-mail/chat/SMS).
Role
As an Associate Customer Support Specialist, you will:
  • Need to have a basic understanding of the four party payment process model
  • Serve as focal point for customer issues, concerns and requests for enhancements
  • Capture detailed and accurate information about issues, concerns, and enhancements
  • Collaborate with others in support of products, processes and problem resolution
  • Simulate or recreate user issues to resolve operating difficulties
  • Requires general supervision; decisions and actions are based on established procedures and assigned tasks
All About You
  • A basic college education or equivalent work experience with emphasis in business, finance or information technology
  • Previous experience supporting external customers
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (Mainframe, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks based on current business needs
