MARKETING CAMPAIGN MANAGER
Our client, a financial services company, is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager for a 6 month contract to be based in MANCHESTER.
Key Duties:
To engage with all stakeholders in order to facilitate, co-ordinate & manage the end to end briefing & approval process of all collateral including:
Identification of literature and collateral that needs to change over
Allocation of work to move across and agree volumes and timelines
Creation & delivering of all design & production briefs - this will include:
- Determine if the brief is suitable to go directly to Tag or if additional design input is required (based on simple/complex definitions)
- Advise internally on best practice
- Liaising with both internal & external departments plus any third party suppliers in generating content for briefings
- Managing the briefing & approval of all copy briefs & copy output
- Managing and supplying document changes (annotated pdf's to be supplied) of each item that needs to be Re-Branded (including Product & Legal changes)
- Provide confirmation on the Literature codes & product names
- Confirm new imagery (photography) required, including placement within rebrand collateral item
- Confirmation of which master collateral template/s should be used
- Collating & supplying all of the above, writing a brief & using TagCMD v5 to deliver the various elements
- Once in Production managing the internal 7 stage approval process
- Ensuring all work adheres to the brand guidelines and briefing revisions
- Management & approval of any additional production costs
Top 3 Evaluation Criteria:
-TAG knowledge and experience (as well as strong MS Office and computer skills
-Campaign marketing background OR Agency background
-Substantial brand OR Creative experience
