Trainer Floorwalker
We are looking for a trainer floorwalker for a transformation project, migrating users to Windows 7 and Office 2010.
The role will involve assisting and supporting users with any How do I? queries relating to Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010.
The role is based in Houghton Le Spring and various other locations in the North East.
Skills Required

Excellent communication and customer facing skills essential

Experience of providing Windows 7 and Office 2010 support/training to end users

A team player but able to self-motivate and be self-sufficient

Strong problem solving skills, IT literate, preferably MCP qualified

Excellent knowledge of Windows 7 and Office 2010.
The rate is £200 per day, inclusive of expenses.
This is a one stage interview and assessment process, which will take place in Newcastle on 26 October 2015.
