Project Manager - ASIS - ARIS - Belgium

We are currently looking for a Project Manager who combines business analysis skills with experience in insurance & banking.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organize and facilitate workshops with key business stakeholders to define business- and user requirements;
  • Document workshop outcomes into meeting reports, follow up actions as well as visualizations of processes/scenarios ASIS or TOBE developed
  • Deliver qualitative process mappings presumably in ARIS
  • Document the business analysis in the required project deliverables and ensure validation of these project deliverables together with the project- and requirements manager;
  • Refine the business case based on business requirements and deliver business case reporting
  • Be the contact person between business (Product managers, Sales, E2E Process owners) and the suppliers (IT, Operations, Direct Channels), with regards to business- and user requirements, both for definition and follow up during program/project execution.
  • Escalate issues and risks to the program-/project-/requirements manager related to business- and user requirements (definition and implementation);
  • Cooperate on communication tasks or training material to be developed with respect to the project/program
  • Participate in E2E User Acceptance Testing
  • Assist in communication sessions organized for the program/project;
  • Attend to meetings and/or workgroups in an assisting role to the project/requirements manager.
