Description
CUSTOMER SERVICE |Do you want to be part of an international food company headquartered in Amsterdam? Are you experienced in customer service, with experience in the Food or FMCG industry? In this role you will have the opportunity to work for an industry leading multinational that is setting up their European headquarters in Amsterdam.
You will be responsible as a contact person for all export related customers, and handle all their request and order fulfillment. Next to this activities such as continuous improvement projects, minimizing shipment costs, and correct pricing are all part of your field of responsibilities.
The company
The company is a large multinational that is an industry leading organization in the United States in the Food industry. They are making Amsterdam their European headquarters after an acquisition of a European business, and have been present here since the beginning of this year.
You will
- Provide accurate communication with all internal and external customers on order fulfillment
- Handle all incoming requests from the customers in your portfolio
- Be part of ad-hoc project teams, as well as monitor costs such as emergency shipments and correct pricing
You are
A service oriented person that is showing a strong character as well. You are an excellent communicator and have high problem-solving skills. Your profile:
- Bachelor degree level obtained through education or experience
- Fluent German and English speaker
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant customer service experience
- Sound IT knowledge, especially SAP
