We are looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer to join our client's Test team for a 6 month contract in our Toronto office. As a Senior Software Test Engineer for the Test team you will be working with the latest and greatest technologies to come up with innovative ways automate and test their platform. You will be expected to go outside of the traditional testing box todevelop testing scripts and tools.

Job Summary:
- Develop strategic code to test our platform using: HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript/JQuery
- Participate in daily scrum and work with your team to establish goals for the week
- Write complex queries in MySQL/SQL
- Participate in our company-wide daily 9 minute To-The-Point meeting (TTP)
- Maintain existing automation test plans and design new test suites
- Conduct peer code reviews & identify the areas to refactor
- Research new technologies and strategize with the best and brightest for new ideas
- Support Selenium test libraries & triage test results
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of software development experience at a software company
- Experienced with PHP and Java
- Expert with Front End technologies including: HTML5, CSS3/SASS & JavaScript
- Experience with database technologies (primarily MySQL)
- Automation experience (Selenium is an asset)
B.S. or higher in Computer Science
