IT PMO Analyst - Daily Rate Contract - Dublin
The key accountabilities for the role include:
o Monitoring of adherence to PMO processes and standards
o Assistance in maintenance of Integrated Work Plans with Partner Programs
o Program/Project budget tracking and reporting to Delivery Managers
o Partner Program Reporting (planned and ad hoc)
o Preparation of material for specific activities such as phase close out' and audit reviews.
o Training and guidance in new/existing PMO tools and processes
o Ensuring that resources are allocated in line with the Resource plan
o PMO meeting ownership including RAID & program/project status meetings
o Sharepoint administration
o PPM/Time Monitoring
Minimum Experience/ Candidate Characteristics:
o Previous experience in a similar role (3+ years).
o Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook.
o Proactive, Flexible and can quickly adaptable to changing environments.
o Excellent organisational skills and Strong communicator (written and verbal).
o Qualification in Programme and Project Support, Prince2 or similar.
o Primary or Secondary diploma/degree in a related discipline, eg Business Information Systems. Or relevant industry experience.
o Prior experience working in data projects in a complex integrated systems environment preferable.
o Prior experience working in an International environment an advantage.
