Description
Softgravity needs an experienced Dev Ops Engineer to help us scale our Web Development
Platform : Unroole, ensuring that it remains stable as we grow.
Technical
Must Have
2+ years experience with *nix based systems
2+ years experience with Git
2+ years experience working with Rails applications
Experience with AWS and MS Azure
Experience with Capistrano 3.0
Experience with Jenkins or similar Continuous Integration Tools
Experience with Infrastructure Automation tools (e.g Puppet/ Docket)
Nice To Have
Experience with Redmine
Experience with Bash Scripts
Non-Technical
Fluency in English
Experience with working under minimum supervision
Interview Process
We have a simple and straightforward interview process:
15 minute introductory call
Take-home technical assignment
Assignment Review with our Dev Ops Engineer
Management and team member interview
Reference check ( at least 3 references)

- Name most common issues in Rails in regards to application bottlenecks?
- How would you manage different users in Git?
- What is your process when you are debugging issues on the server?
