Senior Systems Architect - Contract, Dublin City Centre
Senior Systems Architect Role and Responsibilities:
- Consult with internal clients and account managers to ensure the architecture meets the business requirements
- Take a leadership role and responsibility for the architecture and design of Information Technology Solutions
- Develop appropriate architectural and design documentation and communicate to the appropriate business and project teams as required
- Participate and provide leadership in the continuous improvement of standards and methodologies for Architecture
- Provide technical consulting and advice to projects
- Review technology selection decisions and technical designs
- Provide communication and education regarding the technical aspects of the enterprise technologies
Required:
- 5+ years' experience as a Systems Architect for Applications in a large enterprise environment with distributed locations and offices.
- Should have worked within a defined architectural methodology and have strong process skills
- Good knowledge of current Application, Infrastructure and Security Frameworks
- Should have designed and then participated as the Project Architect in the delivery of Application and/or Infrastructure Solutions, and be able to reference successful implementations.
- Candidates must be proficient with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and well as OOAD, UML & Design Patterns, and XML Messaging Standards
Salary:
- Competitive daily rate from €600 - €700
