Roc Search's client is currently recruiting for an Electrical Site Manager to work for a leading organisation based in both Wales and London, split between a number of sites.

The role would suit a motivated Site Manager who feels capable managing projects requirements to completion as well as after sales part.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing electrical assistance in an residential environment, but also assisting with project requirements like purchasing, technical documentation, feasibility studies and reviewing customer specification documents. Commissioning, new systems start-up and troubleshooting, will be part of the role. In summary the role will be split with 10% being hands on/commissioning, the rest of your time spent on other duties revolving around managing the projects.

Requirements:

- Site Management experience - Electrical
- Residential Experience
- At least 3 years commercial experience
- Experience managing projects
- Safety Electrical Passports - ECITB approved, CCNSG - advantageous
- health and safety
- management of sub contractors,
- Valuations

This role will involve some travel to other client sites in Wales and London and therefore you must be willing to be flexible and travel when required.
