Services Engagement Manager required joining Global Technology and Communications Company.

Role:

The Services Engagement Manager is a critical role in assuring the profitable growth of our clients Services ensuring alignment with Customer needs.

Location: Sweden

Language Requirements: Swedish/English

The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor and be able to t influence/inspire confidence and build deep and enduring relationships with customers. You must have Hands-on experience in services portfolio management, services delivery, and business requirements development along with the ability to understand customer strategies, business challenges, and desired business outcomes. This position is assigned to large, complex and strategic accounts/franchises and can be a supervisory position. This assignment will cover multiple technology domains and complex business/operations models (eg, consumption; DevOps; etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will clearly illustrates the value of our client to the Sales team by aligning Services' skills, efforts, and deliverables directly to the business, operational or transformational outcomes objectives for sales opportunities and proposals.
  • Proactively addresses business or operational constraints with respect to COE resource planning and assignments as required.
  • Rapidly and effectively addresses business challenges and demands as should arise.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • 3 - 5 years in services product management or financial management.
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in customer centric roles, within delivery, IT, pre-sales.
  • Demonstrated experience in direct customer facing engagements
  • Proven experience in effectively managing customer operational challenges and executive escalations.
  • Requires proven and effective leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with others through conflicting pressures and priorities while resolving complex issues.
  • Requires an undergraduate degree (or equivalent). MS or MBA is preferred.
