Senior Migration Work Stream Lead (100%) (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Support setting up project and reporting structure, regular meetings, progress, risks, issues and dependencies together with project manager
- Provide input to project charter
- Set up application readiness stream with project coordinators for packaged and web applications
- Bring single point of contact (SPOCs) for business functions on board
- Understand business functions needs and define process for collaboration with SPOCs and application owners
- RAID management identifying, tracking and handling dependencies in the application readiness area
- Manage the triple constraints [cost, schedule, scope/quality] of workstream delivery
- Identify deviations from cost, schedule and scope baseline and forecasts early on and raise to project management
- Track progress and provide accurate status with right level of detail to project
Your qualifications
- Profound experience in migration/deployment projects ideally in the application readiness area
- Experience in IT project management
- Background in application testing (migration readiness preferred)
- CSV background and experience in working with IT quality desired
- Cross-functional communication and negotiation skills
- ITIL Foundation certification or relevant experience in Service Management
- Experience in detailed planning and tracking
- Leadership of external/internal staff
- Experience in virtual, international team settings
- Proficient in business English
