Description
You will lead the design team and assist the development team in realising white label implementations for some of the biggest international media companies on the planet. Additionally you will get to shape future consumption patterns by designing prototypes for clients and for product development.Key Responsibilities
- Organise and lead feature concepting workshops.
- Organise and lead user research sessions.
- Deliver custom designs based on our white label app and client input.
- Interface with stakeholders and clients using clear and honest communication.
- Gain deep understanding of industry trends, behaviours and needs.
- Understand how our teams work together, their dependencies, and how they interact with each other. Use this knowledge to mitigate risks and deliver kick-ass designs.
Key Requirements
- Strong affinity with UX and UI design, ideally coupled with experience in the OTT industry.
- Kick-ass portfolio with examples of applications and websites for multiple platforms and devices. Mobile applications are a must. Brownie points for 10 foot UI’s.
- Religious desire to get it right. We build products for humans and our designs reflect human behaviour.
- Solid written and spoken communication skills. (English)
- Experience with Sketch, Adobe Suite, CSS (LESS), HTML and familiarity with javascript.
- extra brownie points for Framer.js, Pixate, Invision and other prototyping tools and wire-framing tools like Balsamiq.
- well-organized, disciplined, and able to multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
- comfortable, experienced and professional when dealing with clients
