Daily Rate - Negotiable
Start - ASAP
Length - 3 months - full time
An NHS client is currently looking for a number of CHC Nurse Assessors to carry out live assessments or retrospective reviews. Please see below for a few more details on the experience needed
Key experience and qualifications
- Registered General Nurse and registered with Nursing Midwifery Council - Adult or Mental Health or dual qualified
- Demonstration of professional development
- Knowledge of CHC Framework and application
- Previous continuing care roles, carrying out DST checklists
**** Please note this role requires travel to and from sites to carry out assessments so you will need your own car ***
