Project Manager- Insurance - Contract - LondonI have am currently recruiting for a senior Project Manager to join a growing Lloyds of London syndicate in the City.
This Project Manager will focus on all aspects of integration following a number of acquisitions and will manage the Business Process, Systems, Culture and People integration. This role requires someone who has a strong understanding of the processes around merging businesses and extensive experience around Business integration.
To excel in this role, it is important to have a good understanding of both Business Systems and Process integration, but also strong people skills, able to ensure that the cultures of both parties reach an equilibrium.
Key skills:
*Strong Lloyds of London experience
*Excellent management principles - able to effectively manage teams across businesses
*Mergers and Acquisitions specialism - proven delivery of M&A projects
*Excellent Process and Systems Change and Integration
*Strong People management - working across matrix teams as well as internally
*Excellent Stakeholder management - essential
*Strong communication and Inter-personal skills
