A Global Renewable Energy client is looking for an Electrical Project Manager to work on their offshore wind farm project. The client is looking for an individual who would be able to start this project from approx. 16th November 2015 up until approx. 30th June 2016, with the possibilities of 2 further 12 month extensions. Our client is looking for an Electrical Project Manager, to lead the development of their offshore wind farm project electrical package. The individual will be responsible for planning activities and drive progress
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team and lead through delivery
- Discuss and align with various stakeholders, scope of work, timescales, quality, priorities etc
- Co-ordinate interfaces internal and external to the windfarm programme
- Identify risks and manage appropriate responses
- Manager budgets, controlling, reporting
- Experience with offshore/onshore electrical transmission asset design, procurement and construction
- Experience with project management, preferable PMI framework
- Structured and thorough, experience with preparation of project documentation, QA review
- Leadership and communication abilities and experience, suitable for leading large teams and a vast variety of internal/external stakeholders

Onshore works: The client will provide office facilities available to the Consultant including office space and a PC.
