OSS Solution/Performance Assurance: CACTI Netcool: Infovista Luxembourg
Incident management and document activities, support ETL and reporting solutions.
Key skills are CACTI and OSS Solution Assurance. Netcool monitoring is key also and if you have Infovista you are made for this role.
Intervene in the management of incidents and ensure documentation of activities
Providing support of existing ETL and reporting solutions
Support our customers in their reporting tasks
Support the development of a knowledge-sharing plan
Ensuring technology watch
Kapti is deployed. Phase II is to integrate this to all devices.
MUST Have: netcool monitoring skills, performance management and CACTI.
If you have Infovista you will be the perfect candidates.
Check the performance and KPI's of the Switches/Servers/Firewalls etc.
The desired profile:
You must have the following skills:
Performance Management (MUST HAVE)
Operational support of the open source CACTI solution.
Deployment of InfoVista solution and implementation of performance indicators
(in the future) o Migration Cacti to the InfoVista solution (in the future)
Umbrella Management System
Ensure the aggregation and correlation of alarms.
Operational support for monitoring tools (IBM Netcool). o
You need to have some Project Management skills to get this job done.
Participate in the management of business projects
Start November 2nd for 3 months initially but this contract will go for 6-12 months.
