Description
Role Responsibility:
- Define, analyze and document requirements (both functional and non-functional)
- Establish systems (if set) or informing the software engineers to build the system (if self-development)
- Establish test scenarios, perform testing
- Building knowledge to key users so that the implementation of the solution goes smoothly
- In addition, the operational support of existing solutions (and this in a rotation with other functional analysts)

Experience required:
- Ø 5+ experience as a Functional Analyst
- Ø Experience in conducting workshops, blue printing and user training
- Ø Experience in CRM Functional Analysis - AS IS and To Be functional mapping
- Ø Knowledge on system requirements analysis methods and techniques
- Ø Experience in Large Projects & Project with Impact on work process
- Ø Knowledge of technological opportunities; deal with IT systems in an environment where many own development
- Ø Experience in complex environment (many integrations with other functional services).
- Ø Must be Fluent in Dutch and English. knowledge of French is an asset
