Description

CakePHP Developer

This is a great opportunity for a senior experienced OOPHP developer to not only act as a coding mentor and escalation point, but also to utilise their experience to provide Team leadership for the Development and Sprint teams.

As such it is vital to have experience of the SCRUM Agile process and a full understanding of SDLC, both inside and external to SCRUM.

Good organisational skills are again essential, whilst this is very much a hands-on role, there is by it seniority a significant element of coordination required both with the work inside of the team, but more with other company teams, including the IT Support desk for escalated issues, as well as, providing representation at cross functional business prioritisation and information sharing meetings.

Exceptional OOPHP technical coding and design skills, coupled with the experience of leading a team of talented developers, whilst advising cross function less technical business teams.
