Description
My client based in Paris are in the process of implementing their financial systems transformation program for the various EMEA & APAC financial operations which also includes the globalisation of their Financial Systems platform,
Integration of recent acquisitions and implementation of Oracle E-business Suite (EBS) R12 and related set of common applications.
Requirements:
*Strong experience in Oracle EBS functionality for R2R processes including Banking, Cash Management solutions, Chart of Accounts in different GAAPs and Statutory Reporting requirements and solutions (At least 5 Oracle EBS full implementation cycles in an international environment)
*Experience of planning, monitoring and controlling resources in a Matrix environment, and managing expectations of project stakeholders
*Strong leadership, organizational & analytical skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate
*Strong communication skills
*Delivery focused
*Able to work effectively at all levels being a team player who is able to work collaboratively with and through others
*Familiarity with Oracle project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle
Roles & Responsibilities:
*Accountable for all Record to Report Work stream activities including: Business requirements, Solution design, Build delivery, Testing, Deployment, Data Conversions
*end to end solution delivery and communication according to plan.
*Responsible for planning, organising, leading team
*Review all documents delivered by the project team
*Identify stream risks and issues
*Developing and proposing testing & training strategies and execution model that are appropriate
*Risk and issue management, through identifying problems, preparing mitigation plans and briefing the Program Manager of the impacts and options to resolve and managing to completion
*Plan and conduct meetings, training sessions and presentations for a wide variety of technical and non-technical personnel.
