Description
Desert Owl Games is looking for multiple game programmers to work on an upcoming title. We are seeking energetic, highly motivated candidates that have an interest in developing games for the multiple platforms, including Playstation 4. The position will require a diverse skill set and the ability to learn new things on the fly.This is a full-time position. Strong preference given to candidates willing to relocate to Tucson, AZ.
Requirements
- B.S. in computer science or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of C#
- Experience with the Unity game engine
- Familiarity with graphics programming (including shaders)
- A passion for creating and playing great games
- Ability to write clear, maintainable, optimized code
- Must be a self starter
- Must be a creative thinker and problem solver
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Pluses
- Strong knowledge of Java
- One or more shipped titles on any platform
- Knowledge of server side development (e.g. TCP, databases, web services, etc.)
- Experience developing for Playstation 4
