For our client we are currently looking for Scrum Of Scrums Master.
Are you an experienced leader to collaborate and own the delivery of business driven requests for a technology platform? As Scrum Of Scrums Master you will be acting in a fast paced international environment. The teams that you will be coordinating and coaching are offshore development teams located in India and Ukraine. It is your job to remove impediments for the teams and make sure that they work together on the delivery.
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who has experience in coordinating multiple agile offshore development teams.
Your responsibility's
- Coaching the team in self-organization and cross-functionality
- Removing impediments to the team's progress to its sprint commitments
- Enacting change & continuous improvement to increase the productivity of the team and quality of deliverables.
- Coaching the team in organizational environments in which scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood
- Leading and coaching the organization in its scrum adoption
- Planning scrum implementations within the organization
- Helping associates and stakeholders understand and enact scrum in their lines of business
- Identify, manage, help mitigate project issues and risks
- Working with other Scrum Masters via a Community of Practice to increase the effectiveness of the application of scrum in the organization
Knockout
- 1 year experience with managing multiple offshore scrum teams/Agile development teams;
- 4+ years experience with Agile/Scrum
- Technical background
- Identity Access Management/Identity Management
- Experience in international environments
