Description
We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to handle a new role in our client's organization. Our client has launched a new customer portal and they need someone to handle email and phone support for the customers trying to access this new portal. They will also be a part of an application team. They will, run and validate test scripts and support the team across a variety of different applications. They will be tasked with understanding the functionality of the portal and giving clear and accurate assistance to the cutomers using it. Creating FAQ documentation and escalating issues when appropriate are all part of the role.
Job Requirements:
2+ Years of IT Support Experience.
Ability and willingness to quickly learn a new system and provide support of it.
Strong understanding of computer applications and some experience with basic application support
Excellent communication skills.
