Financial Change Lead - Accounting - ACCA - CIMA - Change Management
Our client, a large Insurance organisation, is currently undergoing a considerable Business Change Programme. They are looking for a Financial Change Lead, for a 12 month contract, to be based in Liverpool.
As a Financial Change Lead you will be responsible for leading a team responsible for delivering change projects across UK Finance and representing Finance on UK Change projects and deals.
Financial Change Lead Key Deliverables:
Suite of finance change projects
Pulling together a virtual team to complete the work
Dealing with multiple finance teams
Overview Money in, Money out - Transaction change
Manage process change
No direct reports
Proactively plan Change calendar with all Change activity
Drive the delivery of the Finance Change Stack
Chair and develop the Change Committee
Hold portfolio project meetings to manage communications
Develop standard Finance offering and steer design solutions
Financial Change Lead Required Skills:
Must be a qualified accountant
Previous finance change leader experience with system experience
Manage multiple projects and virtual teams - Big company experience
