Quantity Surveyor (Mobile Telecoms). Berkshire. 3 months rolling contract.
Leading mobile telecoms company seeks a Quantity Surveyor to work on a contract basis for a mobile network rollout project based in Berkshire. Managing the site construction, to assess and evaluate costs, adding value engineering to solutions. Preparing contracts and tender documentation. Undertaking costs analysis for project work. Identifying and developing responses to commercial risks. Preparing and analysing cost. valuing completed work and approving payments.
The successful QS must have experience working within mobile telecoms. RICS or CIOB accredited. Degree educated. good working knowledge of construction. experience of working with blue chip companies. Experience of network deployment and delivery projects.
