Responsibilities:
This position falls into the category of sales support and solution development. The qualified candidate will be placed in the resource pool of Huawei headquarter, for global support of excellent network solutions, including P3 benchmark solution, video experience solution and network consolidation solution..
Design appropriate business value model of excellent network solutions, build up TCO analysis competency and commercial lead competency, and ROI analysis competency from operators point of view.
Approach mobile operators worldwide for new business opportunities in the areas of excellent network solutions, The focus will be on wireless radio frequency (RF) and radio access network (RAN) fields.
Meet with CxO and high-level management customers of operators, join company-level bidding projects of services, and provide formal presentation at various forums and road shows.
Provide industry trend analysis and competitive analysis for frontier technologies planning in terms of excellent network solution.
Big event support, e,g Barcelona MWC and forum, Summit materials preparation and presentation.
Requirements:
The candidate is expected to accept the job challenge, have rich experiences in providing commercial technical solution consulting, business process optimization, and tool system optimization etc, willing to share and produce necessary deliverables.
Profound knowledge in mobile operators' organization structure, operating model. The focus will be on wireless radio frequency (RF) and radio access network (RAN) fields.
10+ years work experience in operator network planning, deployment and optimization, and at least 5+ years consulting experiences.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate with CxO and high-level management customers of operators
Excellent presentation capability, both in marketing and bidding processes. Good at producing and delivering presentations.
Excellent telecom industry work background, such as network planning and design, solution architecture design, consulting service in E/ALU/NSN, or operators.
Leading large-scale wireless network planning and deployment delivery.(more than 1000 sites)
Familiar with industry wireless network planning and optimization delivery, pre-sale support, and consulting workflow and methodology.
Bachelor degree and above in Computer Science, Telecom, Electrical Engineering or relevant fields;
Willingness to travel overseas frequently
