Description
As a SAP Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and delivering quality SAP solutions. Your duties may include interacting with various business and Information Technology groups to help define needs, and then translating those needs into solutions that deliver long-term value to our clients. You will partner with clients to help them achieve success by working within their frameworks, or by delivering a framework and structure that's best suited for the client. SAP consultants may have multiple roles at client sites. In this role, you may work solely in configuration, helping architect and design a solution, or serve as a lead, managing the productivity of a SAP process team. This role may also be responsible for helping clients understand and implement business strategies, producing solutions that deliver measurable value.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a logical, rigorous, and analytical problem-solving approach, leading requirements gathering sessions to develop solution options to meet client requirements
- Develop a business architecture strategy based on our customers' strategy and a situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations.
- Apply a structured approach to capture perspective of the business function including, business capabilities, business and technology processes, organization & people, technology, data and information
- Effectively communicate with client leadership and business owners within the business function and related teams to identify areas of opportunity, challenges and drive change
- Conduct and document complex business processes
- Perform technical analysis to determine present and future business performance
Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years' experience in the development and support of Fiori application
- Practical knowledge of common business processes
- Knowledge of integrated SAP processes
- SAP ERP implementation experience and knowledge of SAP
- Solid understanding of software components and architecture
- Experience with SAP Workflow
- Knowledge and understanding of ABAP program and objects
- Familiarity with SAP Basis & Authorization concepts
- Knowledge of MVC framework for UI, SAPUI5, HTML5 and JavaScript
- Knowledge of OData and SAP NetWeaver Gateway
- Ability to learn new concepts, business processes and software quickly
- Analytical approach to problem-solving; ability to use technology to solve business problems
- Passionate about learning new technologies
- Familiarity with end-to-end SAP concepts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
