An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Successfactors Consultant to join my client who is a Large Financial Services Company based in Halifax on an initial 6 month contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the SAP Successfactors design that supports business process design and organisational structure in the most effective and efficient manner.
With regards to the SF Consultant role:
Requirements:
*Experience of Implementing and delivering a project as a compensation consultant (Configuration experience in Compensation is a must).
*Idea of configuration of Bonus plan, eligibility criteria, budgeting/forecasting, basis, targets and modifiers, data mapping.
*Certified in compensation and variable pay module.
*Familiarity with transforming bonus plans, business goals, payout guidelines into flat files for variable pay data import.
*Familiar with compensation and variable pay business process.
Good to have:
*Knowledge on other SF modules such as Performance and Goals eg 360 Feedback
*Some knowledge on integration with SAP HCM for bonus payment
