Service Management Analyst - Contract 12 months.

My client a leader in their market is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Service Management Analyst to join them on a contract basis.

Candidates will have solid Service Management experience for at least one 24X7 service with more than 100 support staff, you will have Strong customer facing skills and have Strong experience in Service Governance and Service Operations under astringent Service Levels. My client is expecting experience of major incident and escalation handling experience. Candidates will have strong ITIL framework exposure, minimum foundation level certification

Succesful candidates will have good exposure for Service Design, Multi Vendor environment, SOX Compliance The associate would be responsible for managing the large managed application support service and its internal and external stakeholders.

The candidate will be responsible for:

Over all Service Management
Service Governance
Service Level Negotiation and Management
Service Operations (including escalations)
Service Transformation
Service Design
SOX Compliance
Cost Reduction & Innovation
