Senior Project Manager (50%) (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Lead, plan, and direct project teams according to Project Management standards
- Work with service managers, KAMs and IM project managers as required to define requirements and cost-benefit analysis and manage/control the project scope
- Ensure project's timely and qualitative delivery on budget
- Prepare and maintain project plans and provide regular project status reports
- Track project progress with respect to schedule, budget, and demonstrated project benefits
- Drive and deliver project outcomes and transfer them to operations
- Manage stakeholder expectations and project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID)
- Communicate with stakeholders, management and project team as well as external suppliers and contractors, as required
- Organise and supervise the appropriate involvement of project resources
Your qualifications
- Profound experience as Information Technology Project Manager using structured project management processes
- Deep understanding of various SDLCs (Waterfall, Agile, iterative, prototyping etc.)
- Conduct proactive critical path and risk management for the project and take appropriate mitigation strategies
- Demonstrated ability to obtain results in a global matrix environment
- Ability to see interrelationships of a project across "the big picture" and understand dependencies to other projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
- Demonstrated success in communicating across a variety of audiences, including business people and technologists (both up and down the organisation)
- Expertise in business analysis
- Fluency in English, in both verbal and written form
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in marketing is of advantage
