Description
Our client headquartered in Birmingham, AL is a renowned producer of snack foods within the Southern United States. Their brand was established in the 1920's and continues to thrive today. They are currently seeking a M3 Consultant to join their team for a 6 to 18 month major architecture assignment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Well versed in Infor M3 on iSeries platform with the technical skill set to look at current install and evaluate upgrade options from M3BE 14 to 15+
- Develop, upgrade plans including any additional hardware requirements, space/software requirements including ptfs and fixes, as well as evaluate existing mods to see if they are addressed in the new release (and therefore can be removed)
- Be able to discuss/coordinate the upgrade plans with another consultant who is addressing the S3 upgrade
- This evaluation could be done completely remote
- Experience successfully performing/coordinating/leading the upgrade (hands on from a technical aspect, not as just a PM role)
- Assist performing the upgrade and working through testing/fixes with our business unit owners
- MAK experience, is a plus
- Consultant will do install and upgrades- prefer experience with w/15 & 16 release
- Will work directly with S3 consultant
- Needs to be able to advise on implementation
- Upgrade would be for all associated components so they need to be familiar with all (eg Smart Office, LWM, LCM)
