Description

Service Management Support / Coordinator - SLA / LAN WAN / IT - wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

The Connectivity & Workplace Delivery team is responsible for the infrastructure services provided by our clients outsourcing partners. As part of the CWD team, the Service Office team is accountable for:
  • Service Operation administration
  • IT Service Costing, Controlling & Reporting
  • IT Service Planning
  • IT Service Level Management
  • IT License & Governance Management
  • Service Quality Assurance


Your tasks:
  • Be the point of contact for all administrative and financial topics within the Connectivity & Workplace Delivery team
  • Manage Connectivity & Workplace Delivery budget
  • Support the team in organizing quotes and creating purchase orders, coordinate with various teams such as IT procurement, IT sourcing and IT controlling operations
  • Ensure that the information systems and the review structure for existing SLAs are in place and effectively used
  • Monitor achieved service levels and compare them with agreed service level targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with the key third party suppliers, reviewing Service Delivery reports and driving service improvements


Your experience/skills:
  • University Degree
  • Understanding of IT
  • Good Excel reporting and formula function skills
  • SharePoint know how
  • Hands-on experience with SLAs, provider contracts and statements of works
  • Languages: Fluent English both written and spoken, German skills are an asset
