Description
Service Management Support / Coordinator - SLA / LAN WAN / IT - wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.The Connectivity & Workplace Delivery team is responsible for the infrastructure services provided by our clients outsourcing partners. As part of the CWD team, the Service Office team is accountable for:
- Service Operation administration
- IT Service Costing, Controlling & Reporting
- IT Service Planning
- IT Service Level Management
- IT License & Governance Management
- Service Quality Assurance
Your tasks:
- Be the point of contact for all administrative and financial topics within the Connectivity & Workplace Delivery team
- Manage Connectivity & Workplace Delivery budget
- Support the team in organizing quotes and creating purchase orders, coordinate with various teams such as IT procurement, IT sourcing and IT controlling operations
- Ensure that the information systems and the review structure for existing SLAs are in place and effectively used
- Monitor achieved service levels and compare them with agreed service level targets
- Build and maintain relationships with the key third party suppliers, reviewing Service Delivery reports and driving service improvements
Your experience/skills:
- University Degree
- Understanding of IT
- Good Excel reporting and formula function skills
- SharePoint know how
- Hands-on experience with SLAs, provider contracts and statements of works
- Languages: Fluent English both written and spoken, German skills are an asset
