Description
Oracle Applications DBA (10g/11g) required for client in Dublin for a long-term opportunity.
My client is seeking the following skills for this role:
- 5+ years database administration experience in Oracle databases 10g/11g on Linux platform
- 5+ years system administration experience in Linux platforms with storage and networking experience
- Must have strong experience in Oracle RAC infrastructure, ASM, RMAN, and Dataguard
- Experience with Oracle E-business Suite (R12), Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Business Intelligence applications
- 2+ years' experience in any of the following Oracle products (11g/12c): WebLogic Suite (WLS, Coherence, and Java SE), SOA Suite (Adapters, BEPL, ESB, BAM, Business Rules, OSB, and OWSM), ADF, BPM, WebCenter, OAM, OIM, OBIEE and Hyperion Suite
- Strong database performance and SQL tuning skills
- Strong Scripting in SQL, Python, Perl, and Shell Scripts
- Experience with common monitoring and configuration management tools.
The ideal consultant with be a self-starter who can demonstrate excellent problem solving skills. They will need experience in handling mission critical 24/7 production environments and be able to provide 24x7 on-call support.
