A major media organisation is seeking a highly talented UI Designer to join their team on an initial 6 Month contract. This organisation has really made great stride over the past few years and have introduced exciting new projects and have grown their team with some outstanding talent.
This role would suit a candidate that is energetic, has an excellent eye for design and is not afraid to dry new approaches. This role is great as you will be working on project accessible by millions of people.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
A track record in digital design, app design and responsive design
Professional experience as a UI/UX designer
Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator
Flexible, and take feedback easily
Organized with great time management , great attention to detail
Versed in creating an elegant and seamless user experience
Able to ask appropriate questions and communicate effectively to convey solutions
The ideal candidate will be a passionate UI Designer
A fantastic portfolio of web projects
The ability to conceptualise and solve problems
Primary Roles and Responsibilities will include:
Produce top class beautiful designs
Show great creative imagination and innovation
Work as part of a fast moving motivated team
Show constant re-imaging, improving and adapting to new technologies
Create wireframes, and Style guides
Present design concepts and user journeys to clients and colleagues, clearly articulate your choices and understanding of the project
At all times ensuring that the design and UX of their digital products and services are cutting edge
Have an appetite for learning
Execute design stages from concept to hand-off of final files for digital development
