Summary

This consultant will serve as the Configuration Admin/Informa Super User for the informa Consumer Health Stability Deployment Project, working in partnership with Site Admins and Core informa Deployment Leads.
Informa is the Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) core solution for aggregation, transformation, and analysis of data within manufacturing business processes.
Informa has been tailored for rapid, user-friendly adoption, for activities such as automated process monitoring, continued process verification, ad-hoc data analysis within investigations and continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

Work with site based project leads and Core Solution Leads to define informa data source connection needs, data maps, and business requirements, for integration of informa into business processes.
Input into generation of site deployment project plans, including schedules, scope, deliverables, and documentation and training requirements.
Act as informa Super User and work alongside the site configures as they configure and curate informa with their data sources.
Support the transition of site configures to the self-service model.
Understand informa structure and implementation Pathway and maintain efficient core solution implementation philosophies.
Collaborate with the Informa Core Team to communicate lessons learned during deployment including new requirements and enhancements to existing core solution.
Deliver development and deployment of the informa core solution to Consumer Health sites per project plans and timelines.

SKILLS:

Qualifications

Direct Pharma, Biopharma or Consumer Health Manufacturing experience
Understanding of cGMPs and experience in change management
Basic understanding of statistics and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Experience and ability to build SQL queries and filters
Detail oriented and very strong computer skills
Self-starter who works well in team settings
Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
Experience with stability regression analysis
Strong project management background including management of projects with remote teams
Experience with Statistica v 12.7 (nice to have)
Experience with computer system validation (nice to have)
