My client, a well renowned Loyalty & CRM leader, best known for providing the most powerful insight to the retail sector is seeking a talented CRM & Digital Account Manager to take a leading role on one of their most important and exciting projects.

YOUR ROLE
Your typical day as the CRM & Digital Account Manager will include:
- Manage day-to-day requirements acting as the Key client contact to manage client expectations and build relationships.
- Be the go to person and key project manager by working closely with Web Development, performance marketing, data analytics and creative teams.
- Assist senior members of the existing team with management and profitability of key accounts.
- Have the ability to see from the customer's perspective and have an understanding of the customer experience.
- Enable clearly defined decisions through actionable insight
WHO YOU ARE
- You have between 2-4 years previous experience in a similar role.
- You excel working in a fast-paced environments, working on integrated accounts where you are responsible for accounts management and project delivery.
- Key areas of expertise will include eCRM, CRM, DM, Data and performance.
- Technical skills including working with CMS systems, data analytics and creative.
- An established career within an analytical environment and insight delivery function
- CRM and Data driven campaign management
- Proven ability to clearly define a problem collating information, analysing the results and presenting findings.
- Thrives working across multiple teams and being involved in key areas.
- Resilient and dedicated nature
- Proactive attitude
- You're personable and build connections with contacts with a natural ease.
The day rate offered is up to 200.00 per day dependent on experience.
LOCATION-London 5 days a week.
Please not, this role is an initial 3 month contract, however will be a rolling contract from there on or a permanent position available.
