Description
Our client requires an experienced MECOMS Developer to assist with a number of Functional, Design, Development and Technical Architecture projects.
The successful candidate will have at least two years MECOMS experience and must be familiar with both CRM and Billing in MECOMS.
- To triage and analyse production incidents, diagnose the fault and design the fix to be completed by the developer.
- Analyse incident diagnosis, implement and test the fix.
- Functional design of MECOMS changes required for self-service portal functionality provided by Sitecore.
- Technical design of MECOMS changes required for self-service portal functionality provided by Sitecore.
Must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
