We are now searching for an UTRAN Optimization Expert to start as soon as possible. This role is based in Lyon and is offered with a project duration of 1 year (freelance, 3 months rolling contract).

Main mission
3G/2G optimization technical support of the client's BSS swap.
Functions & responsabilités
Technical support for 3G/2G NW KPIs Optimization teams
- Optimization of usual 3G/2G NW KPIs (OSS, DT)
- Will ensure proper technical support is provided for achievement and maintenance of target 3G/2G NW KPIs
- Will ensure a good communication with Customer contact throughout the project and with several optimization teams
- Will support his management in establishing priority in order to achieve best possible balance customer satisfaction versus project planning
Customer care
- Provide 3G/2G optimization technical support to customer teams.
- Reach customer satisfaction according to daily expectations
- Undertake the technical 3G/2G optimization support to optimization teams.
- Understanding and keeping under control the customer issues with the proper communication to the client.
Communication
- Provide daily/weekly report to management team
- Increase customer satisfaction and confidence by ensuring all issues identified are dealt with and provided a solution within the required timeframe.
Compétence/aptitudes
Technical competence
- Proven 3G/2G experience
- Sound knowledge of OSS management
- Proven GSM/WCDMA Radio network planning and optimization experiences
- Excellent GSM/WCDMA system knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of usual performance management tools: SW suite required such as Mapinfo, Actix/Nemo and performance management datamining tools such as Metrica, Optima or equivalent
- Swap experience is required
