Murex FX Business Analyst (Contract)Keywords: Murex, Business Analyst, FX Cash and Options, MX3
Our client is an international bank located in Zurich.
This role is for the FX Risk Management system and targets the final project realisation & implementation phase.
The position requires a good technical and high degree of business knowledge about FX Cash & FX Option products and expertise on MUREX MX.3.
Tasks
- Configuration of the FX-platform Murex as well as enhanced BA support role in the FX sector for the new MX platform after implementation.
- Profound knowledge on FX Trading & FX option products and as an essential prerequisite therefore is a good expertise on MX.3 and Datamart & M-Reports
- Support & assist FX support team from Business analysis side
- Pre-trade, post-trade scripting language
- To overview functional testing for new FX-platform
Requirements
- Profound knowledge of the platform MUREX (FX / MX.3)
- Strong understanding of FX cash and FX option trading and its lifecycles
- Adequate FX pricing knowledge (verifying prices of FX products)
- FX related Profit & Loss analytical know how
- Front to Back FX banking processes with an emphasis on FX trading and mid office
- Datamart and M-Report (feeders, extractions, stored procedures, etc.)
- Processing Scripts (MUREX, UNIX scripts)
- Ideally, Simulation Views (P&L, cash flows, sensitivities, etc.)
- Market Data Loader (FX rates, rate curves)
- Static Data (parties, portfolios, currencies, rate conventions, schedules, calendars, etc.)Good experience to work in an international, dynamic and diversified environment
- Proactive, resilient and reliable personality
- Fluency in English (written & spoken)
