Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager CRM wanted for an international bank based in Zurich.Your tasks:
- Being responsible for the Project management of a CRM
- Solid understanding of the Wealth Business Processes, Products and Services
- Supporting business functions with technical tests in test- and integration environments
- Taking care of the Service management, Stake holder management as well as Change management
- Specifying and implementing Business analysis in the area of CRM
Your experience/skills:
- Proven experience of operating in a technical/IT environment with at least 5 years in application design and engineering and 3 years in Project management
- Solid understanding of Oracle database know how, PL/SQL and technical know-how in Unix operating system
- University degree or equivalent in computer science or engineering
- 3-5 years of Banking experience in CRM area (Business Know How) and in Avaloq
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
