The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in trading system development and support (for both in-house and vendor systems) at a bank, with hand-on experience managing a lot of concurrent work through a global team, and a desire to advance their career in technical project management within a fast-growing, change-the-bank strategic program.

  • Experience with datacenter infrastructure projects and 3rd-party service providers eg IBM.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies and demonstrated use of tools and project organization structure. Prior use of Agile development methodologies is a strong plus
  • Strong business and technical analysis skills that can be applied to projects when necessary.
  • Strong Communication skills both verbal and written to communicate across various levels of the organization - from technical staff to business executives.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to change and strong initiative-taking and influencing skills.
