Description
The successful Candidate will provide ongoing technical expertise and support to the on boarding and integration of merchants onto APIs.
This will be a second line support role, - they are therefore looking for someone with experience in:
Troubleshooting, customer support/second line support. This will not be developer position, and they are not looking for anyone too technical, they should have experience with reading code, have an interest in keeping up to date with technologies and exposure to Java, C# etc. They will be more of a subject matter expert than a developer, with around 2/3 years' experience.
Strong communication skills are essential, the role will involve working with developers and business analysts internally, as well as developers from the client. They should be able to represent the brand to a high standard.
Role
*Maintain and support the different Merchant APIs
*Act as the subject matter expert on everything API-related.
*Provide instruction, guidance, and troubleshooting assistance during integrations
*REST Web Service experience required.
*Service Oriented Architecture experience strongly preferred.
*Java experience required.
*C# experience strongly preferred
*Strong Oracle/SQL skills
