Our client, a financial services organisation is currently looking for a Social Media Manager for a 12 month contract based in London. You will be responsible for delivering the social media and content strategy across platforms, service and best practice.
Key deliverables
Deliver effective social media and content activities across Brand & Marketing spanning Personal & Business banking, Commercial & Private and other area's of the Bank as required
Help develop the social presence of the bank beyond traditional branded social activity to ensure we are engaging our staff with the content we produce and enabling them to engage directly in their markets
Manage social media & content campaigns as part of a wider multichannel marketing communications team
Ensure there is effective measurement and integration into overall insight-led business planning
Use expertise and professional relationships (external and internal) to enhance brand perception, customer satisfaction and support activity
Key experience required
Knowledge of delivering social media platforms and large scale social campaigns.
Experience of developing and delivering online media strategies including SEO, paid search and affiliate programmes
Experience of using testing and optimisation tools
Ability to articulate the different roles that social media platforms (Facebook, Youtube, Flickr, forums) can play, and how they integrate and create synergy with traditional channels (Direct, advertising, sponsorship. etc)
Excellence in building relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Excellence in planning, organising and project management
