Total Exp: 10 years of experience (with minimum 5 years as Service Now Consultant/Architect)

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Candidates should have experience working on Designing and Implementing Service Now tool and should be expert in following:

- Business Requirement Gathering

- Designing Data Import sheets, Transform Maps

- Designing & Implementing Integration Solution

- Designing & Implementing Workflows, Configurations, Web Forms etc.

Preferred Skills
Expertise on IT service management and the ITIL business process Working knowledge of web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)
Should have done atleast One full cycle of Service Now Implementation.
Expertise in Project Management processes and tools.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Responsibilities
The ServiceNow Consulting/Implementation expert who will work within a team of the customer's ITSM process managers and ServiceNow administrators to implement and support all ServiceNow ITSM modules. This will include the design and development of ITSM processes and designing workflows within the tool. The role will support all future releases and provide updates to software as required based on feedback from users. The candidate needs to have strong communication/collaboration skills and a thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes. The ideal candidate will have successfully developed solutions within the ServiceNow suite of modules to include Incident, Change, Request, Problem, Release, CMDB Discovery, Orchestration and LDAP integration along with service catalogue design and development. Will work with all senior stakeholders to diligently document business requirements and spearhead the Service Now implementation life cycle
