IT Business Analyst
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst to be based in Utrecht, Netherlands:
On-line Security aims to both acute measures as a result of direct fraud threats to realize, as for the medium and longer term so that customers continue to trust in the virtual channels.
Within the same team responsible for the availability and stability of the resources invested (DevOps). The team uses the Agile work methodology. Within the department is working on authentication and authorization of our customers and monitoring and detection of virtual banking services.
As a Business Analyst you will work within the team Virtual Channel Monitoring, focusing on on-line fraud detection. As business analyst you translate business needs around On-line Fraud Detection solutions into existing applications (brew and package) and if necessary new ones.
Required
- A completed relevant professional or academic degree (Computer Science, Information Science or Business direction);
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar job in an ICT environment;
- Knowledge of and experience with requirements management;
- Knowledge of/experience with Risk liked is a plus;
- Demonstrated knowledge of business processes in the on-line domain;
- Knowledge of and experience in the field of On-line and/or On-line Security;
- Banking experience is a plus;
- Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken)
