IT Asset Manager | License Analysis | DR | BC | Contract | London
Square One are looking for a Software and Hardware Asset Manager to join on a 6 month rolling contract based in London. To apply for this role you must have experience in:
- Assisting with the management of a small number of third-party service providers (printers/telephony/software providers etc)
- Collecting, formatting and providing information on IT to report to various committees
- Creating and maintaining a number of IT-related inventories and schedules (hardware/software etc)
- Keeping track of a range of items to ensure regulatory compliance
- Supporting the creation and amendment of policies and process relating to Information Security and data governance and checking that compliance activities are completed to schedule
- Leading an end-to-end user recertification across all applications and services and periodic refresh as required
- Managing the IT aspects of new joiners (and leavers)
- Helping with the migration to and testing of a new IT outsource service provider and a new underwriting software platform
- Supporting business continuity and disaster recovery activities
Desirable:
An ability to interrogate and report on data held in SQL Server databases would be a distinct advantage (using Excel or other Microsoft tools)
